Lutheran Medical Group, a member of the Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN, has a NEW opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular team.   

Details of Position:

• Medical Group Employed Opportunity
• Work with collaborative team of APPs and surgeons providing care for our high acuity cardiac, vascular, thoracic and heart failure patients
  
• Mix of inpatient including ICU and step down, Outpatient & OR 
• Weekend coverage required with rotation with other APPs
• Evening weekday call coverage required with overnight coverage provided by nocturnal APP team
• Experienced candidates preferred but open to highly motivated new graduates
