What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical support as a Physician Assistant (PA) in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Work in a mixed setting of adult inpatient (75%) and outpatient (25%)
• Participate in weekend rounds (when scheduled)
• See and manage patients on rounds (estimated 5–10 patients)
• Document and coordinate care using the EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with the surgical care team and participate in patient care workflows during coverage windows
• Follow facility processes for credentialing and transition planning toward locum-to-perm employment
