What You’ll Do
- Support inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents and developing treatment plans
- Manage patient orders, discharges, and follow-up care
- Review patient needs and coordinate with healthcare team
- Remove drains (Hemovac / JP drains) as trained
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in Epic EMR
- Contribute to patient safety and facility protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
What You Need
- Current Board Certification in Neurosurgery required
- MA State Licensure
- 1+ years of neuro-related clinical experience
- Proficiency in removing drains preferred
- Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
