Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $151.32/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with neurosurgery residents in patient care activities
- Review patient plans, update orders, and manage discharge processes
- Perform inpatient neurosurgery procedures (preferred ability to remove drains)
- Assist in rounding and patient assessments
- Support patient care activities within a hospital setting (adults only)
- Document and communicate patient status and updates efficiently
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure quality outcomes
What You Need:
- Active and unrestricted MA license
- Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
- At least 1 year of neuro surgery experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to review and interpret clinical procedures and orders
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
