What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with residents in inpatient neurosurgery rounding
• Review and execute patient care orders
• Discharge planning and patient documentation
• Manage inpatient neurosurgery cases, including removal of drains (Hemovac/J-p drains)
• Provide patient care exclusively; no OR responsibilities
• Work with a multidisciplinary team focused on adult patients

What You Need

• Board Certified in Neurosurgery (BC required)
• Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 1 year of neuro patient care experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong clinical and communication skills
