What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced nurse practitioner care for NICU patients in a 24/7/365 coverage setting
- Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress, update charts, and document care activities accurately
- Respond to emergencies and handle complex neonatal conditions
- Follow hospital protocols and ensure compliance with all safety and care standards
- Support and educate families of neonates under your care
What You Need
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Neonatal or Critical Care Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, especially in NICU or ICU settings
- Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
