What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced nurse practitioner care for NICU patients in a 24/7/365 coverage setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress, update charts, and document care activities accurately
• Respond to emergencies and handle complex neonatal conditions
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure compliance with all safety and care standards
• Support and educate families of neonates under your care

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Neonatal or Critical Care Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, especially in NICU or ICU settings
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
