What You’ll Do

• Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries in an inpatient OR setting
• Provide first assist during complex gynecology procedures with robotic systems
• Collaborate with surgeons and OR team to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain detailed documentation using Cerner/Oracle EMR
• Participate in pre-op and post-op patient care activities as needed
• Adhere to safety and procedural protocols in a Level 3 Trauma hospital setting
• Support the surgical team in a high-volume environment performing 2–6 surgeries daily

What You Need
Required:

• Valid state license to practice as PA or NP with RNFA certification
• First Assist certification with robotic surgery experience
• 2+ years of experience in gynecological surgery
• Proficiency with Cerner/Oracle EMR and surgical protocols

Preferred:

• Experience working in inpatient hospital OR settings
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
