• Licensure/Certifications: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (ARNP) with First Assist Certification (robotic gynecology surgeries) – No licensing barriers, as license required upon application
• Experience: At least 2 years in gynecology surgery, robotic surgery experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries as a First Assist
• Collaborate with surgeons and the healthcare team in an inpatient OR setting
• Provide perioperative support, including patient positioning, surgical instrumentation, and sterile technique
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with pre- and post-operative care related to surgeries
• Participate in a fast-paced environment with 2–6 surgeries daily
• Work alongside an attending surgeon during procedures in a Trauma Level 3 facility

What You Need

• Valid ARNP license with First Assist Certification (robotic surgery experience required)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant gynecology surgery experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient surgical setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work days, Monday–Friday
