What You’ll Do:

• Provide first assist surgical coverage for robotic gynecological procedures
• Support the surgical team in inpatient operating rooms at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center and Pomona, NJ
• Manage an average of 2-6 surgeries per day
• Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Assist with pre-op and post-op responsibilities as needed
• Follow all facility protocols and documentation procedures in Cerner/Oracle EMR systems
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards at Level 3 Trauma Center

What You Need:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (state license required) with First Assist certification (robotic surgeries)
• Proven experience in gynecologic surgery, preferably with robotic procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have current BLS certification; ACLS as per facility standards not required to be submitted here

About the Assignment:
This assignment is at a prominent facility serving adult patients within an inpatient surgical setting. You will be supporting gynecology surgery teams during a 6-month locum engagement, ensuring continuity of care and surgical excellence in a busy, Level 3 Trauma hospital environment.
