Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Family Medicine | 4x10 Schedule

Providence Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Family Medicine Residency clinic in Chehalis, Washington. This is an un-empaneled position designed to support physician patient overflow and improve timely patient access in order to ensure quality of care goals are met. You will practice in a collaborative, team-based environment that offers integrated services including on-site laboratory, behavioral health, and pharmacy support. • Full-time, outpatient-only position (1.0FTE, 4x10’s)
• Collaborative, team-based care model with integrated services
• Engaging learning environment with Family Medicine residents rotating through the clinic, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and continuous professional growth
• Family Medicine experienced preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Compensation is between $144,825 to $198,208 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
