About this role:

This Neonatal APP will support our Northern Utah Geography, which includes 8 Neonatologists and 12 Neonatal APPs.

  • Primary location will be McKay-Dee Hospital's level III 32 bed NICU, located in Ogden, Utah. Our Neonatal APPs provide onsite coverage 24/7.

  • Group also provides care at Layton Hospital's level II 10 bed NICU & Logan Regional Hospital's Well Newborn Nursery. It's anticipated you may provide care in any of our three locations.

  • Supported by qualified staff including RNs, Respiratory Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, CNAs, among others.

  • Our APPs report directly to an AP Director, who is also a practicing Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.

  • Full time, this APP will be scheduled an average of 36 hours per week. May be taken in 12 or 24-hour increments.

What you’ll bring:

·       Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 1+ year NICU experience

·       Utah state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)

·       Utah state controlled substance license

·       Federal DEA Certificate II through V.

·       BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.

·       Prior Neonatal APP experience highly preferred
