Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months+)
- Perform minor procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, among others
- Manage high patient volumes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Document accurately in Epic EMR
- Communicate effectively with support staff and patients
- Adhere to clinic protocols and safety guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
What You Need:
Required:
- Active NC license and NC DEA
- Minimum 12 months of urgent care or primary care experience
- Board certification as PA or Family Nurse Practitioner
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Excellent soft skills
- Ability to see and treat all patients as the sole provider
Preferred:
- Experience handling adult and pediatric patients simultaneously
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
