At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our Occupational Medicine and Directo to Employer Clinics are seeking a part-time Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our Middleton/Cross Plains Office! Inquiries can be sent directly to annemarie.konz@ssmhealth.com

Your Qualifications:
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- NPs will need Family Certification for primary care
- Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
- Experience in acute care, primary care, occupational medicine, and dermatology is highly preferred
