NP/PA – Priority Care (Walk?In Clinic)

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Priority Care (Walk?In Clinic) team in Cottage Grove, Oregon. This is a full?time opportunity within a collaborative, well?supported clinic environment embedded in a primary care setting.

Practice broad?scope urgent and walk?in care while enjoying a 4?day work week in a close?knit community known for outdoor access and work?life balance.

Position Highlights

• Full?time (1.0 FTE) Priority Care / Walk?In Clinic
• 4?day work week
• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
• Priority Care embedded within a primary care clinic
• Care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of procedures
• Rapid response support from the Emergency Department available 24/7

Clinical Support and Resources

• Inbox Clinician Program designed to help minimize inbox burden
• Dedicated Clinician Well?Being Program
• Onsite resources including:
  • Behavioral Health
  • Social Work
  • ACC Clinic
  • Imaging (MRI and Ultrasound)
  • Diabetes education and nutrition services

Compensation and Benefits

• First?year salary guarantee: $143,707 (1.0 FTE)
• Production?based compensation model with additional earning potential
