University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is the principal provider of comprehensive health care services for more than 170,000 residents of Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot counties on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
UM Shore Regional Health operates two hospitals; two freestanding emergency centers; the Cancer Center at UM Shore Regional Health; the Eleanor and Ethel Leh Women's Center in Chestertown; the Clark Comprehensive Breast Center in Easton; outpatient diagnostic and rehabilitation services in Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot counties; urgent care centers in Chester, Denton, and Easton; and UM Shore Medical Group, a network of more than 100 providers in primary care and 21 specialties.
