Job Requirements
A Cardiology–Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice registered nurse who specializes in providing comprehensive care for patients with cardiovascular conditions that are directly related to cancer and its treatments. This role integrates expertise in both cardiology and oncology to manage complex, often overlapping health needs.
Work Experience
Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Adult Acute Care NP (AG-ACNP), Adult Primary Care, or FNP specialty
Certifications: BLS
Licensure: Maryland nurse practitioner license
Skills: Advanced clinical judgment, strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and technology proficiency (Excel, Word, EHR)
