?Join Geisinger’s ConvenientCare+ Team in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania Geisinger is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ConvenientCare+ urgent care clinic in Selinsgrove, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for advanced practice providers seeking a dynamic, patient-focused environment with strong clinical support and work-life balance.

Our Selinsgrove ConvenientCare+ clinic offers an alternative to emergency department visits, providing timely care for acute illnesses and chronic condition flare-ups. This clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostics and direct hospital admission capabilities.

Position Highlights:

  • $10,000 recruitment incentive
  • Flexible schedule: 14 rotating shifts/month, no overnights, no mandatory extra shifts
  • Shift hours: 12-hour weekdays (Mon–Fri), 10-hour weekends (Sat–Sun)
  • Autonomous practice with on-site physician support
  • Collaborative care team: Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, LPNs, CMAs, (available all hours of operation), Phlebotomy, Radiology Techs
  • Advanced equipment: Telemedicine carts and continuous vital sign monitoring
  • On-site diagnostics: X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, lab services
  • Direct hospital admissions when needed
