Full Circle Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Emerald Clinic in Boise, Idaho.

Qualifications

Education

Nurse Practitioner

  • Registered Nurse license
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Master of Science in Nursing
  • Family Nurse Practitioner certification

Physician Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Successful completion of an ARC-PA-accredited Physician Assistant training program

Experience

Previous outpatient or primary care clinical experience is preferred. Other relevant clinical patient care experience may also be considered.

Licensure and Certification

Full Circle Health medical team members must:

  • Be eligible to become fully credentialed, licensed and privileged
  • Hold an unrestricted and unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho
  • Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration
  • Possess an unrestricted DEA registration
  • Maintain all necessary federal narcotics and controlled-substance numbers and licenses
  • Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third-party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health

Additional Employment Requirements

Full Circle Health is a tobacco-free workplace.

All staff members are required to maintain appropriate immunizations, including an annual influenza vaccine, as a condition of employment. Newly hired employees who are unable to receive vaccinations because of a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief must apply for a vaccination exemption before employment.

About Emerald Clinic

Our Emerald Clinic offers family medicine services and a variety of specialty healthcare services including HIV and PrEP care, Refugee Screening, Idaho Health District TB care, Hepatitis C care, and can assist you in translating over 55 different languages. Our clinic also offers an in-house pharmacy for your convenience! Along with these benefits, our clinic also provides affordable healthcare options for the whole family who might not otherwise be able to access care. We accept most insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, or no insurance; no one will be turned away for an inability to pay. We have 4 resident physicians working in our clinic since 2013. Resident physicians have completed medical school and are getting an extra 3 years of training in Family Medicine. Our Resident and Fellow physicians have supervision by our faculty Family Medicine physicians.
