NorthBay Health is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant to join our growing orthopedic team in Fairfield, CA. As a member of a multidisciplinary orthopedic care team, you will provide comprehensive patient care across the continuum—from initial evaluation and treatment planning to post-operative management and surgical first assist responsibilities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with orthopedic surgeons while caring for patients in both ambulatory and surgical settings.

Position Overview
The Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant functions as an integral member of the orthopedic care team, providing advanced clinical care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Working under the supervision of a licensed physician and within the scope of practice established by the State of California, the PA delivers patient care in the clinic, hospital, ambulatory surgery center, and operating room. The role includes comprehensive orthopedic assessment and treatment, inpatient rounding, care coordination, patient education, and serving as a surgical first assistant.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $88.42 - $107.45
Compensation is based on directly related experience and NorthBay Health's compensation structure. Maximum rates are associated with candidates who possess 20 or more years of directly related Physician Assistant experience.
