NorthBay Health is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Urgent Care team in American Canyon, CA.

Position Overview
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) functions as an integral member of the multidisciplinary medical team, providing care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an urgent care setting.
The APP, either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensed in the State of California, is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients while working collaboratively with supervising physicians and the healthcare team. Practice is guided by state regulations, established clinical protocols, and evidence-based standards of care.
This position is Per Diem and will work across NorthBay Health Urgent Care locations throughout Napa and Solano Counties.

$107.78 - $131.07 per hour
Compensation is determined based on directly related experience. Maximum rates reflect providers with 20 or more years of applicable NP or PA experience. Rate includes a per diem differential.
