COMPENSATION: Salary $150k + $10k Bonus

A leading value-based care organization is expanding its specialty services model and seeking experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistants (PAs) to support patients across established primary care markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly launched orthopedic program focused on delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care within the clinic setting, reducing unnecessary specialty referrals, and improving outcomes for a senior patient population.

As an Orthopedic PA, you will serve as the market's orthopedic resource, managing patients with orthopedic conditions while collaborating closely with primary care providers and care teams.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary up to$150,000 based on experience
  • Annual incentive bonus of approximately 7.5%

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Perform orthopedic procedures including:
    • Joint injections
    • Trigger point injections
  • Support value-based care initiatives focused on quality outcomes and cost-effective treatment plans
  • Serve as the orthopedic clinical resource within the assigned market
Qualifications
  • Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Active or eligible state licensure
  • Minimum of 1 2 years of orthopedic experience required
  • Experience managing orthopedic or musculoskeletal patient populations
  • Comfortable performing joint and trigger point injections
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic practice
