Job Description

The incoming Dermatology APP will support an established and growing patient population in a busy suburban market just outside the Washington, DC metro area. The day-to-day role includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating dermatology patients within PA-C scope of practice, with exposure to general, medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology based on experience, training, and practice needs.

Qualifications

  • Certified Physician Assistant PA-C preferred
  • Active or eligible Maryland PA license
  • Dermatology experience preferred but not required
  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care
  • Interest in building or expanding a patient panel in a growing suburban market

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $125,000–$225,000 annually, including base salary and productivity incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, patient volume, procedures performed, and other job-related factors. The compensation plan may include uncapped productivity incentives, providing the opportunity for earnings above the stated range

  • Supportive clinical and administrative team

This team structure gives the incoming PA-C immediate physician collaboration, APP peer support, Mohs access, and the opportunity to grow a patient panel quickly in a high-demand dermatology market.
