About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. This APP will join our Utah Valley Clinic team in Provo, Utah. Our team includes five (5) Women’s Health APP’s currently, and we are growing to nine (9) Women’s Health APP’s. With our physicians and APP’s, our team includes a comprehensive support staff. We focus on providing high-quality care for the full spectrum of women's healthcare needs.
This APP will provide care in clinic, supporting both obstetric and gynecologic patients. Majority of time will be spent providing annual well-woman visits, establishing care and follow up visits, and limited urgent care. The APP may place IUDs, Nexplanon (if certified), routine in-clinic procedures, and assist with surgical preparation activities.
This full-time APP will primarily work in a clinic setting with the role evolving into a Hybrid Position – including both In-person & Tele-Health Patient encounters.

What you’ll bring:
Utah license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Utah State Controlled Substance License
Federal DEA Certificate II through V
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
Minimum of one (1) Year APP experience in Women's Health
