Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• NPs must have FNP certification - clinic will see full lifespan
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Experience required - primary care highly preferred
