Primary Care PA Flexible Schedule - Houston, TX

About the Role

At Core Primary Care, we believe in delivering compassionate, high-quality, and comprehensive medical care to adults across all age groups. As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with our team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our patients, guiding them through preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and overall health promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat 15–20 adult patients per day in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Clinical Management: Review daily lab work, diagnostic results, and manage prescription refill requests promptly as they arrive.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team while maintaining strong clinical autonomy

Flexible Schedule Options

We offer three distinct full-time schedule options to support a strong work-life balance:

• Option 1: Mon / Tue / Fri (7:55 AM – 6:00 PM) & Sat (7:55 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Option 2: Tue / Wed / Fri (7:55 AM – 6:00 PM) & Sat (7:55 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Option 3: Mon / Tue / Thu / Fri (7:55 AM – 6:00 PM)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Texas license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered 
• Board Certification: Active national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
• Experience: No prior experience required—new graduates are encouraged to apply!
