Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $110/hour for travel candidates, local candidates within 50 miles to receive $97/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide diagnostic assessments and prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for patients with mental health conditions
- Interpret biopsychosocial data to inform clinical decisions
- Order, review, and monitor labs and medication regimens
- Maintain accurate, timely patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and serve as a patient advocate
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and medication management
- Respond to utilization management and quality of care requests
What You Need
- Active RN license and Iowa ARNP license required
- Certification as a clinical specialist/NP by ANCC or accepted certifying body
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of psychotropic medications and mental health assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus
