• Licensure/Certifications: MO license, BLS required, RNFA preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience

• Hourly Pay Rate: $144.05

What You’ll Do

• Assist in adult cardiothoracic surgeries including CABG, valve repairs, aortic surgeries, and complex procedures
• Support cardiac surgeries as OR first assist on a variety of complex cases
• Participate in emergent and scheduled surgeries such as sternotomies and dissections
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-volume academic hospital setting
• Utilize the Epic EMR system to document care and procedures
• Provide post-operative support following extensive cardiac interventions

What You Need

• Required:
  • Missouri licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
• Preferred:
  • RNFA certification
