What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for diverse surgical procedures, including pediatric outpatient cases
• Manage anesthesia for scheduled surgeries and optional on-call shifts
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Assist in outpatient and inpatient anesthesia procedures across multiple surgical specialties
• Document anesthesia procedures accurately and efficiently
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines to uphold high standards of care

What You Need:

• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Minnesota
• Prior experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment
