Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida medical center. This is an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider who enjoys delivering comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages while practicing in a collaborative, physician-led, value-based care environment.

Position Highlights

• Part-time outpatient primary care opportunity
• Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

Provider Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications in accordance with Florida law and organizational protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that support value-based care and positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Primary care or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient relationship-building skills
