Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - San Antonio, TX

Dominion Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in San Antonio, Texas. We are a patient-centered private practice known for our collaborative team environment and  longstanding commitment to high-quality primary care.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care (ages 17+)
• Full-time schedule; no nights or weekends 
• Outpatient care for patients 17+, specializing in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and women’s health.
• Join a robust team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs within a high-support, manageable-volume setting.
• Balanced approach offering mentorship for new providers alongside clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ year of primary care experience preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
