
Baptist Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our rapidly growing inpatient team in Jacksonville, Florida.
This full-time, hybrid clinical and operational position supports both inpatient admissions at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville and transfer coordination through the Patient Care Logistics Center. You will play an essential role in facilitating discharges, managing overflow admissions, coordinating transfers, and helping patients reach the appropriate level of care efficiently.
The position follows a 9 a.m.–9 p.m. swing shift and requires on-site work.
