No Call, Nights, or Weekends – Outpatient Surgery Physician Assistant

No call, nights, weekends, or holidays
Location: Clifton Springs, NY

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative history and physical examinations
• Assess and optimize patients with acute and chronic medical conditions before surgery
• Review labs, EKGs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, PCPs, and specialists
• Develop pre-operative care plans and orders
• Conduct patient education, telephone consultations, and follow-up care
• Identify and communicate issues that may delay or impact surgery

Preferred

• Experience in Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Perioperative, or Surgical Care

PAY RANGE: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
