Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Pediatrics

SSM Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established pediatric primary care team serving families across the Metro East region. • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; 34 patient-facing hours

• Setting: 100% outpatient pediatrics across Granite City and Maryville

• Call: No nights, weekends, major holidays, or call rotation

• Visit Types: 30-minute new visits; 15-minute follow-ups

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Illinois
• PNP–Primary Care certification preferred
