Schedule: Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Shifts
Tentative Hours: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $68.00–$75.00 per hour
No Nights | No Weekends | No On-Call

Medcor is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our employer-based clinic in Marshall, Minnesota. This is an onsite role within a manufacturing/processing environment providing occupational health, primary care, urgent/episodic care, and medical surveillance services.

The Opportunity

As the sole onsite provider, you’ll care for employees, contractors, and eligible employee dependents over age 5 while receiving support from a Medcor-employed oversight physician and Medcor’s clinical and operational teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
• Provide primary, preventive, urgent, and episodic care
• Evaluate and manage workers’ compensation injuries
• Perform occupational health surveillance and regulatory examinations
• Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Document care using Medcor’s EMR and clinical tools
• Collaborate with workplace health, safety, HR, and benefits teams
• Support workplace wellness and preventive health initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications & Work Requirements

Required

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Current, unrestricted Minnesota license
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong computer and EMR skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable practicing independently as the sole onsite provider
• Comfortable working in an employer-based/worksite clinic environment

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Primary care
• Occupational health
• Urgent care
• Pediatrics
• Employer-based/worksite health
• Workers’ compensation and workplace injury management

Occasional flexibility for additional hours may be requested with advance notice based on client needs.
