- License/Certifications: Ohio license or willingness to obtain, valid ACLS, BLS, and appropriate certifications required
- Experience: Prior experience in cardiothoracic or vascular surgery preferred

What You’ll Do
- Manage post-operative care for adult and geriatric cardiothoracic and vascular patients
- Perform emergency surgeries, assist in surgical procedures, and take vein during heart surgeries
- Review and interpret tests; order additional tests and diagnostics
- Provide consults and referrals from the ED, Cath Lab, and hospital providers
- Assist in vascular tissue retrieval and vein harvesting for bypass procedures
- Write prescriptions and coordinate patient care plans
- Conduct rounding and collaborate closely with hospital staff and specialists
What You Need
- Valid Ohio Physician Assistant license or eligibility to obtain license
- Previous experience in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery preferred
- Ability to perform vein harvesting and assist in complex surgeries
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
