What You’ll Do:

• Perform scheduled colonoscopies on weekdays in a busy hospital setting
• Conduct pre- and post-procedure patient workups in collaboration with midlevel providers and hospital staff
• Manage inpatient GI consults and follow-up procedures as needed
• Provide complex GI patient care, including lab procedures and follow-up visits
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Support inpatient hospitalist services during the provider’s absence or scheduling conflicts

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid medical license in Texas
• Physician with Gastroenterology specialization
• Proven experience performing colonoscopies and GI procedures
• Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior locum or hospital-based experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, busy hospital environment
