Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Burleson, TX

Outpatient Primary Care | 4.5-Day Workweek | No Evenings or Weekends

We are seeking an experienced NP or PA to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Burleson, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collegial, patient-centered team committed to providing high-quality care to the community.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient adult primary care
• 4.5-day workweek (half days on Friday); no evenings or weekends
• Comprehensive primary care including preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day/next-day sick visits
• Holistic, evidence-based approach incorporating lifestyle medicine and wellness services
• Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical and administrative team
• On-site services including lab, x-ray, EKG, and more

Qualifications:  

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ years of primary care or urgent care experience required
• Spanish fluency required
