What You’ll Do
- Provide psychiatric care for patients aged 10 to elderly in an inpatient setting
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage medication therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
- Document clinical notes accurately and efficiently
- Support patients’ mental health recovery and stability throughout their stay
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts Family Nurse Practitioner license and board certification (FNP-BC)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with relevant psychiatric or mental health background preferred
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment
- Reliable transportation, no hotel or travel arrangements needed for local candidates
- Prefer candidates credentialed at Leonard campus or willing to obtain credentialing
