Ascension St. Vincent’s is seeking a compassionate, motivated Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a rewarding career within an established outpatient practice—supported by experienced endocrinologists, fellow APPs, a strong referral network, and the resources of a nationally recognized nonprofit health system.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and other complex endocrine conditions. You will have the opportunity to develop lasting patient relationships while helping individuals achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives.
