• License/Certifications: Missouri license, BLS required, RNFA preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide OR first assist support during adult cardiac surgical procedures, including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and ascending aortic surgeries
• Assist with emergent surgeries such as dissections and redo sternotomies
• Support intraoperative procedures involving mechanical circulatory support (Impella, ECMO, IABP)
• Help with chest tube and pacing wire placements, sternotomy opening/closure
• Collaborate with surgeons and team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid Missouri license
• Minimum 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
• BLS certification
• Key skills in adult cardiac OR procedures and team collaboration
• RNFA certification preferred but not required
