What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient neurosurgery coverage in a hospital setting
• Rounds and patient care during the day shift
• Handle occasional weekend beeper call, 12 hours on Saturday and Sunday
• Assist with neurosurgical procedures and post-op management (if applicable)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Ensure documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response as needed

What You Need

• Active Washington license or valid IMLC license
• DEA certification
• BC in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Neurosurgery experience preferred
• At least 2+ years of neuro-surgery or related specialty experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
