Primary Care Physician Assistant – Houston, TX (Greater Heights)

White Oak Medical Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team in Houston, Texas (Greater Heights).

We are a physician-owned private practice defined by clinical autonomy and a deep-rooted commitment to the community. Our culture empowers our APPs to practice at the top of their license within a highly supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Highlights:

• Established team of 3 physicians and 3 APPs
• 100% outpatient adult primary care (ages 18+)
• Flexible full-time schedule; no evenings or weekends
• 15–18 patients per day + built-in admin time
• Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe
• Strong support from a highly tenured clinical and administrative team
• Houston’s Greater Heights location

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ year of primary care or women’s health experience preferred
