• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexible schedule)
• Shared telephonic on-call rotation to support 24/7 clinical coverage and resident stability

About the Role

Ohio State University Physicians (OSUP) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team serving residents within an outpatient, senior living setting assisting our residents. 

This role is ideal for an APP who thrives in an outpatient-style environment, enjoys collaborative interdisciplinary care, and is passionate about improving outcomes for older adults through proactive management and seamless care transitions.

Resident & Family Engagement

• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for residents and families.
• Communicate effectively regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, goals of care, and care transitions.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Ohio NP or PA license.
• National certification as Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA).
• DEA and prescriptive authority eligibility.

Preferred

• Experience working within Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Living Communities, or Long-Term Care settings.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare or similar EMR systems.
