Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $17.16/hr

What You'll Do
- Provide urgent care services for a diverse patient population from birth to death
- Perform minor procedures such as laceration repairs, I&D, and foreign body removals
- Manage musculoskeletal injuries including splinting, casting, and joint reductions
- Interpret X-rays, EKGs, and point-of-care lab tests (e.g., rapid strep, flu, COVID-19 tests)
- Stabilize acute conditions and coordinate referrals for higher-level care when necessary
- Document all patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR
- Support patient education and follow-up care as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Physician Assistant license in Virginia
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Prior outpatient/urgent care experience preferred
Preferred:
- Ability to handle high patient volumes and diverse cases
- Strong procedural skills in suturing, I&D, and ortho stabilization
