Job Details:

• Fully outpatient clinic setting
• Clinic located on hospital campus
• Multi-specialty clinic has access to medical imaging, on-site labs and x-ray.
• Schedule:
• Full-time, day hours
• Opportunities for reduced work week
• Monday-Friday - NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Flexibility to join family medicine or outpatient internal medicine teams
• Patient focused support staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• NPs will need Family certification
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• NPs required APRN
