Primary Care NP or PA (32 hours per week)

As a Primary Care NP or PA with Dr. Sami Khouri, you will step into a vital role delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare in Folsom, CA. In this position, you will perform comprehensive physical examinations—including well-woman exams—diagnose acute illnesses, manage complex chronic conditions, and provide essential patient and family education. By ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing evidence-based treatments, you will act as a cornerstone of health for our adult patient population, ensuring each individual receives compassionate and expert clinical care.

Every day you will collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment, working closely with Dr. Sami Khouri and other skilled healthcare professionals to streamline care delivery. You will utilize the EPIC EMR system to maintain accurate records, coordinate necessary specialist referrals, and advocate for your patients' long-term wellness. Whether you are performing preventative screenings or managing ongoing health concerns, you will be empowered to foster meaningful relationships with your patients, helping them navigate their healthcare journeys while contributing to the overall success and positive culture of our thriving independent practice.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a current and valid California license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, along with national FNP, AGPCNP, or NCCPA certification. The group is looking for a dedicated provider who possesses strong clinical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to teamwork. While a minimum of one year of primary care experience is preferred, we welcome new graduate NPs with a solid inpatient RN background to apply.

Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Completion of accredited NP or PA training program
• Active California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Board certified
