1099 Remote Mental Health Therapist (Hiring multiple states!)

First Stop Health is seeking a Master’s-Level Mental Health Therapist (Contractor) (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMHC etc.) who is experienced, innovative, and detail-oriented to provide therapy to our whole mental health patients. In this role, you will provide high quality mental health treatment, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing the company’s Quadruple Aim: enhancing patient care experiences, improving population health outcomes, reducing costs, and bolstering clinician well-being. They are also enthusiastic, service-oriented, curious and collaborative.

***Can reside anywhere in the United States but must have full, independent licensure in the state(s) you are licensed in***

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and generate treatment plans to deliver mental health treatment
• Ensure outcome collection and analysis
• Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams
• Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, and recommending new approaches
• Stay informed on mental health related research, news stories and the competitive landscape

Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.)
• Clinical confidence with fluency in a variety of mental health treatment models and the capacity to treat a variety of conditions
• Preference for experience in working with diverse units of treatment (individuals, couples, families, groups, etc)
• Fervor for cultural curiosity and experience engaging and treating people across a wide range of social, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds 
• Self-starter
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytic skills
• Flexible and eager to learn new skills
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
• Fluency in basic computer skills including Microsoft 365 and EHR systems
