Schedule: PRN / As-Needed Coverage
Clinic Hours: Monday–Wednesday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $64.00/hour, with additional earning potential based on experience
No Weekends | No On-Call

Medcor is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide PRN coverage in our employer-based clinic in Waconia, MN.

This onsite clinic is located within a manufacturing environment and focuses on primary care, acute episodic care, occupational health, and preventive services.

Please note: This is an as-needed position with no guaranteed hours. Providers with availability to pick up occasional weekday shifts are encouraged to apply.

The Opportunity

You’ll provide care to employees while working closely with onsite medical staff, a Medcor-employed oversight physician, and Medcor’s clinical and operational teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide primary and acute episodic care
• Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and illnesses
• Manage workers’ compensation-related injuries
• Provide urgent care and preventive services
• Perform surveillance and regulatory examinations
• Educate patients on medical conditions, treatment plans, and healthy behaviors
• Document care using Medcor’s EMR and clinical tools
• Collaborate with workplace health, safety, HR, and benefits teams
• Support workplace wellness and preventive health initiatives

Qualifications & Work Requirements

Required

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current, unrestricted Minnesota license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, patient-focused approach
• Comfortable working in an onsite manufacturing/worksite clinic environment

• Occupational health
• Employer-based/worksite clinic experience

Occasional flexibility for additional hours may be requested with advance notice based on client needs.
