Job Summary:
Qualified Candidates:- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
- Primarily night shift coverage
- 3:12-hour shift schedule
- Provide cross-coverage for both Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery service lines
- Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities
- Prior surgical experience required; neurosurgery and/or orthopedic surgery experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills
