Bone Marrow Transplant APP – NP or PA | Scottsdale, Arizona
HonorHealth Cancer Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Bone Marrow Transplant team at the HonorHealth Cancer Transplant Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The APP will provide care navigation and ongoing follow-up for patients throughout their BMT journey, collaborating closely with the program’s physicians and experienced APP team.
Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time, hospital-employed position
- Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- Primarily outpatient practice
- Rotating every sixth weekend
- Weekend hours approximately 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Outpatient and inpatient rounding with the attending physician during weekend coverage
- Occasional inpatient coverage as needed
- Collaborative team of BMT physicians and APPs
- Epic EMR

Qualifications
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Previous hematology, oncology, bone marrow transplant or related acute-care experience required
- Ability to provide coordinated care and follow-up for a complex patient population
- Eligible for Arizona licensure
